This Teacher Appreciation Day, let's all realize that the government school system doesn't have strong incentives to show teachers real appreciation.

I just interviewed Kelly Smith, CEO of Prenda microschools

He said about 60% of their resources go directly to teachers.

That's labor market competition in action.
