- Still working on possible mitigation strategies with ALPA.

- Still planning on flying B767-300 international. LHR, etc.
- Schedule down 30% but 40% of pilots being displaced. Due to B756 fleet reductions
- 20 % of B777 & B787 (250ish) Captains scheduled to retire in next 16 months.
- E-SRL lines will be offered as long as surplus of pilots
