When did it become like this?

When did it become OK for Indian politicians of Congress variety to openly go against Indian national security interests?

When did it become OK for someone like @RahulGandhi to triumphantly celebrate an award which says Kashmir is not Indian? 1/5
Indian politics has always been fiercely competitive and the perverse secularism has manifested in domestic context in vicious ways. But when it came to Pakistan, even the most shameless proponent of vote bank politics took a hard-line. Case in point - Mulayam Singh Yadav. 2/5
But the Congress Sonia Gandhi, and then decisively under Rahul Gandhi, has taken a turn which has no apparent logical explanation. Consider the progression.

1) Whitewashing LeT terrorist Ishrat
2) Inventing Hindu terror bogey
3) 'Crying' for Batla House terrorists

3/5
4) Asking proof for Surgical strikes
5) Parroting Pakistan line against that Balakot strikes
6) Opposing revoking of Article 370
7) Rahul Gandhi endorsing an award which says Kashmir is independent

These are not accidental mistakes. Remember Rahul Gandhi quoted in Wikileaks? 4/5
It is not just the Congress, its ecosystem has similarly morphed. They would rather openly support Islamists like Ilhan Omar or likes of Soros who talk of violent regime change in India.

So when did this happen? When and why did Congress dynasty become like this? 5/5
