ingrown toenails & footcare. This cannot go on indefinitely. Footcare requires specialized staff & equipment. This is beginning to affect her mobility. The pain means walking to meals and maintaining some independence is being threatened. PHO needs to address the needs....
of these seniors for a quality of life. My mom's situation is only an example of the type of care deemed nonessential. This needs to be addressed & planned for as this lockdown continues. Seniors are missing doctor appointments, etc... I don't know what to do!
I have called and emailed local public health and the ministry. I get no response other than Covid-19 plans. This is not helpful. This cannot go on indefinitely with no plan! I don't know what to do! It is impacting her mental health too! HELP!
