Here the DOJ's motion to dismiss the Flynn case:

DOJ's reason for dismissing the case is that the Jan 24, 2017 Flynn interview did not have legitimate investigative basis.

Earlier today I had a tweet speculating that Papadopoulos' case had, like Flynn, been closed until Strzok intervened. Thus same argument may apply to Papa.

Confirmation that Strzok used Logan Act as excuse to keep Flynn case open.

This here is astounding. It reads as if it came straight out of a @SidneyPowell1 filing but it's actually written by DOJ. Extraordinary.

Comey lied to DOJ, then went rogue, really really rogue.

Priestap tried to stop the madness (but for some reason did not go public/whistleblower route).

Flynn was uncertain (that's not lying). Strzok and Pientka didn't think he lied. Even Comey thought it was a close call.

"communications between Mr Flynn and Mr Kislyak...did not warrant either continuing that existing counterintelligence investigation or opening a new criminal investigation. THE CALLS WERE ENTIRELY APPROPRIATE ON THEIR FACE."

Wow.

Not only was the Kislyak call appropriate, Flynn was advocating for the interests of the United States.

Strzok and Page "celebrated" that they could "bootstrap" the Kislyak call onto the existing investigation without having to open a new one (which they couldn't have opened, because they lacked a predicate).

Flynn's statements were not falsifiable because Flynn was either equivocal or did not remember. Not remembering cannot be a willful lie unless it's proven that Flynn did in fact remember (which was not proven at all).
