This is the meeting of which @AmbassadorRice wrote a memo 1/20/17 (inauguration day) that Obama said this needs to be handled “by the book.” Why would Obama think it won’t be handled by the book? Rice prob knew of the power abuses done by the IC on the collusion joke so she wrote
a memo to self on the way out of the White House to shield Obama’s reputation once this mass power-abuse came to light. If she wrote it same day as meeting then maybe it made sense. Whatever. Thank you @LindseyGrahamSC for enabling Mueller whose existence delayed accountability.
