A few thoughts that are my personal opinion:
I watched the interview with the transcript of Reade's 1st interview up. The story was repeated almost word for word, which suggests (to me) it was rehearsed. That doesn't make it true or not true, but just something I noted.

Reade's sexual harassment accusations fit with other accusations against Biden from the past and likely fit with Senate culture at the time. They seem very credible to me.
I think the sexual assault allegation has to be taken independently. Some of the details seem questionable (public space, no witnesses, nothing was said beforehand), but she also has corroboration. Her friend Karen and the neighbor are the best supporting evidence she said it b4.
Her and other witnesses changing their story does also hurt the allegation. She's been consistent on the harassment, but not on assault. I also think her explanation for her recent praise of Biden (inc on sexual assault issues!) is shaky (ppl need to judge 4 themselves).
The one thing that she said which I found completely unconvincing was "I do not want to influence a national election"
Her prior statements and her tweet to Intercept reporter make it clear that's not true. Might not be her sole motivation, but clearly playing a part.

So where does that leave us?
Reade clearly has FAR more support for her allegation than Blasey Ford ever had. But it still leaves us with a he said/she said in many ways, and people will have to decide for themselves what to believe based on the info available.

Last thing: There is no escaping many in the media and on the left wanted to hang Kavanaugh up with much less evidence for an allegation and it's inescapable that Biden would be presumed guilty if same standard he wants applied to accused college students was now applied to him.
