If you catch it & are in high risk category (many of us), make a DNI (no not intubate) demand on hospitalization & ask for HNFC high flow oxygen, & the HCQ combo ASAP.

@realDonaldTrump And if you have sleep apnea & use a CPAP or BiPAP machine, what should be considered NIV or noninvasive ventilation for everyone, w oxygen supplementation - it appears that you could be DENIED it's use if hospitalized as the medical pro's are avoiding NIV use for fear of spread..
@realDonaldTrump Furthermore, if anyone is reading this (I'm throttled on Twitter), the nature of the disease is NOT like pneumonia ARDS, but one of oxygen starvation or hypoxia (hemoglobin). Thus the ONLY thing a ventilator can provide is 1) lung damage, poss death, & 2) oxygen. Vents = deaths.
