USCIS waived the in-person interview requirements for those sponsored for *employment* based Green Cards & adjusting their status within the US, due to the Coronavirus.

Because the EO on immigration by @realDonaldTrump targets more of the *family-based* Green Cards, there's a strong possibility that those *unused* Green Cards will be cycled back to the employment category.

In other words, if @realDonaldTrump's EO on immigration is *extended* & only targets the family-based category for those sponsored for GCs outside of the US, it will do the opposite of what was intended. H-1B visa workers will get access to a larger share of available GCs.
