In a Facebook post, an NBI agent details how a 25-yr-old teacher who offered P50M to anyone who kills the President was arrested in Zambales on Monday. Says teacher confessed after they applied "reverse psychology" while inside vehicle with his parents.

Ronnel Mas is facing complaint for inciting to sedition in relation to the Cyber Crime Prevention Act and violation of RA 6713 or Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials.
