2/ Some states are taking the "laisse-faire" approach to manage the effects of a lethal pandemic. The false narrative is that a Darwinian approach to herd immunity is good for Wall St., Trump's & their's re-electability, corporate profits, & profiteering.

I'm elderly & chronically ill, living alone in a studio apt. near a beach. I want to live so I can go home to be w/my son & "Noodles, our 18-year-old dog. I'm adapting incl. making mac & cheese in a rice cooker.

11/ Worrying abt COVID gives me insomnia: Am I'm doing all I can do to stay alive so I can go home again? How can I help others?

14/ I call this picture "Lonely Boy on the Beach w/Shovel & a Bird" bc COVID keeps kids apart from their friends too. Kids have to adapt to a new normal too even though it's not easy for them either.
