Bear in mind that last week transport was by and large very quiet. This week it's crowded. What changed? Government policy. But it's all right for others to be exposed to danger, since Cabinet Ministers know they'll never have to stoop to rubbing shoulders with them.
But instead of acknowledging that many, many people have literally no other way of getting to work, the Government just bangs on about keeping public transport empty.
