In 70 yrs, the UNHCR, the committee responsible for refugees worldwide, has re-settled some 50 MILLION refugees
In the same time, UNRWA, responsible solely for Palestinian refugees has resettled NONE - not one, single, solitary "Palestinian refugee"

The number of Palestinian "refugees" in 1948 is estimated at around 750,000. However, unlike ALL OTHER refugees, Palestinian refugees retain their status in perpetuity, so even if they're born elsewhere & never set foot in "Palestine" they retain the refugee status

Their children and their children's children also take on refugee status, regardless of them having been born in and being given citizenship of the country in which they reside - and receive a stipend for life

UNRWA has more staff per refugee and receives $Millions more in funding than UNHCR yet still has not managed to "solve the Palestinian refugee crisis" that it was set up to do 70 years ago

The reason there're "Palestinian refugees" is resultant from the refusal of Arab leaders to accept Partition which would've resulted in Jewish and Palestinian states *side by side*
6 Arab nations then waged war & invaded nascent Israel ordering their people to leave

What an insult to all other refugees, who fled their homes in terror whilst Palestinians need never have left

Palestinians could have had their own state - the chose not to simply because they refused & continue to refuse, to live side by side with Jews

Did you know there are still Refugee camps in Palestinian Authority Run "West Bank" and Hamas controlled Gaza that are managed by UNRWA?

Why? UNRWA are meant to managing the Palestinian refugee crisis; instead, you tax $s go to help UNRWA perpetuate it
