A firsthand account of a 33-year old's experience with COVID:

"One thing I learned is how startlingly little care or advice is available to the millions of Americans managing symptoms at home."

There's more we can do to support those in isolation.
"Here’s what I’m telling my family and my friends: If you can, get an oximeter, a magical little device that measures your pulse and blood oxygen level from your fingertip. If you become sick and your oxygen dips below 95 or you have trouble breathing, go to the ER. Don’t wait."
For the record, I’m not a clinician, and I’m not trying to dispense medical advice on twitter. Just trying to make the point that the human element of checking on those in isolation and giving them guidance is vitally important!
