They are not the only sitting Conservative MPs with serious issues when it comes to Islamophobia.

He was not forced to make a public apology, was not suspended pending an investigation & did not have the whip withdrawn.

A closed facebook group which can apparently only be joined by accepting an invitation or requesting to join & which carried several posts a day regarding Muslims or Islam, accompanied by comments such as “send them back” & “we should ban Islam”

Zac Goldsmith ran a racist Islamophobic campaign for Mayor of London & failed by a huge margin. He has not apologised

Whilst he lost again in his constituency & failed to become a sitting MP, he was promoted to the Lords & Cabinet.

These are examples of current MPs (& one failed MP but in Cabinet).No action has been taken against the vast majority of them.

But this does not align with the lack of action against current Conservative MPs, let alone candidates, councillors, members & advisers
