I've been doing some research this morning, into the Ted Stevens case. It is a thick plot. The AG at the time was Mike Mukasey. His successor was of course Eric Holder. In her memorandum, @SidneyPowell1 discusses Stevens and Holder. As I said, a very thick plot.
Surface level research leaves vastly more questions than answers. Why did Mukasey allow such a completely tainted case against the Republicans' 41st Senate seat holder? And another interesting point arose. One I bet you didn't know, I sure didn't!
For a couple of weeks, from 20 January 2001, to 2 February 2001, just prior to Bush 43's AG John Ashcroft's Senate Approval - imagine that, just two weeks for approval - the acting AG for Bush was...Eric Holder.
So, here we are in 2008, an election year, and the Republican AG Mukasey oversees a crooked trial against a Republican Senator, unseating him. Who's running for President at the time? Obama and McCain. Does something stink in Denmark/DC, or what?
Research complete for now, I turn to @SidneyPowell1 memorandum point by point, next...
