# Coal Reforms:

India 3rd largest producer as well as consumer of coal, contributes to major part of power generation yet India sees the highest imports of coal

-Reducing the monopoly of CIL & intro of Competition by pvt

-Commercial Coal mining for exploitation & production

Removing the bid parameter in auction on ₹/tonne to flexible revenue mechanism

Incentives in effective mining, gasification & liquidation

Coal infrastructure dvlpment & ease of business doing measures

Finally tapping the unused CBM

Concession to 41% Non-power coal consumers

# Mining Reforms:

1⃣Removal of distinction btw Captive (coal mined by company only for its own use & not for sale) & Non-Captive mining.

2⃣Seamless exploration, mining, production mechanism.

3⃣Joint auction of complementary mineral blocks.

4⃣Intro of Mineral index.

# Defence Reform to reduce imports & deficit:

-FDI change from 49% to 74%

-Indigenous spares production & ban on import of listed equipments with a separate budget

-Corporatisation of OFBs

-Easy timely, GSQR satisfied,PMU contracts procurements with overhauled trial & testing

# Civil Aviation Reforms:

1⃣Optimal Utilization of 60% free Indian airspace

2⃣Privatisation of airports

3⃣Developing India as global MRO hub to reduce India's foreign dependencies.

BUT NOTHING TO UPLIFT CIVIL AVIATION FROM THE POST-COVID BANKRUPTCY !!

# Power reforms:

1⃣Privatisation of DISCOMs in UTs

2⃣Tariff policy reforms to help & benefit DISCOMs finances and consumer costs.

# Social Infrastructure Reforms

1⃣30% each of Validity Gap funding bt center & state for unfinished social projects like hospitals, etc

# Space reforms:

-Private sector involvement in Space.

-Use of ISRO infrastructure by pvt

-Promotion of indigenous Geo spatial data(like GPS)
