It was banks who organised this loot by printing aids in favour of builders and disbursed 100% money for 10% construction bypassing all regulations. The builders have run away for most of projects or behind bars. There is no scope that those projects will revive now.
The builder lobby has purchased everyone available to hide their crimes and those are their partner in crime. People can't lodge complaints in police station, authorities and banks not listening, courts don't have time to prioritize. For them this is not a problem.
