These are fraud medieval texts that must be burnt and thrown in dustbin for being anti Vedic. These texts also suggest that Shudra must be punished if he sits at level of higher Varnas. Even darshan of Chandal is Mahapaap.

Any scripture is acceptable only if it is as per Vedas. Just because @sheldonpollack writes some stupid stuff in Sanskrit, it doesn't become scripture. Same goes for every fraud text being passed as Dharmashastra but is full of poison on basis of birth.
