just reading Greg Miller (WaPo) book. Noticed this odd sentence relevant to new information from Henry that CS didn't observe email exfiltration: Cosy Bear was interested in emails, Fancy in opposition documents. So how does Henry attribute email hack to FB, rather than CB? 
2/ this question interacts with oddity that Mueller only charged Fancy Bear ("GRU") while leaving Cosy Bear ("FSB") alone. Not that FSB went unpunished. Two sentenced to jail in Russia for treason as US agents.
