Judge Daniels asks if the "public charge" rule will be used against immigrants seeking medical care over suspected coronavirus symptoms--but turns out not to have Covid-19.

DOJ attorney recites the language of the alert: "The Public Charge rule does not restrict access to testing, screening, or treatment of communicable diseases, including COVID-19."

DOJ: My understanding is that the rule would **consider** Medicaid use separate and apart from Covid-19.
