Where do I find ‘physically active yoga’? Most gym/studio classes would be suitable, these are typically Vinyasa, Hatha, Kripalu and Iyengar styles of yoga.

- describe the intervention components (asana, pranayama, mindfulness etc) and any modifications in detail
- Report adverse events and adherence
- Investigate effects on cardio-metabolic risk factors ❤️
- Not able to analyse what effect the type of yoga and intensity had on depressive symptoms, due to lack of data 👎🏽
