We're not totally sure what's going on here, but we're having a bit of trouble believing that these accounts are actually affiliated with Twitter despite the claims in their repetitive biographies.

We found 772 accounts with "Your official account source for Twıtter Support. Follow us for tips, tricks, and announcements." or "Twitter Inc.'in Türkiye'deki resmi hesabı. Şirketimiz, ürünlerimiz ve ortaklarımız hakkında bilgiler içerir." as their bio, created between 2010-2012.
These accounts tweet almost exclusively in Turkish, via a wide variety of apps both manual and automated. Although some have custom profile pics (mostly face photos), 295 use a slightly discolored version of the Twitter logo as their avatar.
Since neither of us speaks Turkish, our ability to interpret the actual content of these accounts is limited, but most of the non-retweets look like crossposts from other social media sites. The most frequently retweeted accounts are major Turkish accounts, including @RTErdogan.
