South Korea study of 235 Covid Patients Testing Positive After Recovery : - Not Infectious - Bloomberg

Sorry. 285 patients. They concluded they were at no risk to spreading infection when physical distancing relaxed.

Let’s face it. They could use a little good news!
Most experts think that antibodies confer some level of immunity, although it is not certain (time & circumstances will tell). However the Chinese look-back study that produced new positive tests noted that not a single member of the families in those tested were positive.
Anti bodies were found in most of the patients tested. Interestingly children had particulalry high level.

SARS patients followed up, up to 17 years later were still producing strong anti-bodies.

Let’s face it. That would be wonderful if true for COVID, too.
