Excellent article by @gcarbonproject team in @NatureClimate on COVID-19 effects on CO2. Its nice to see both bottom-up energy use and top-down GDP-based estimates agreeing on likely 2020 emissions reductions under both a low (quick recovery) and high (extended outbreak) scenario:
