This is so embarrassing.

This was written like the author is a 1L who not only has never appeared in court before but thinks they're writing the script of a performance to be given by teenage actors on a podcast with the aim of encapsulating how the average dentist thinks the legal system worked in 1953
Typos and misrepresentations of the record aside, Flynn's TV lawyer appears to believe that any statement made by a judge that she disagrees with is clear and convincing evidence of judicial bias against her client

PS/ My only point is—these conversations are complex. If media is going to discuss this issue, as it should, we probably need to get into the weeds a bit. How many contact tracers has Notre Dame hired? How many can get sick before the school closes? We must get beyond platitudes.
PS2/ It's possible that we have people all across the country coming up with real solutions to very thorny logistical problems: how often do you clean the bathrooms? Does a class go HyFlex the moment one student is sick? These are *hard* questions media will begin to ask broadly.

PS/ Sorry for the frustration, it's just... look, the media can ignore any book it likes, it just can't pretend, on the back end, it discovered the Holy Grail. PROOF OF CONSPIRACY exists—those who write on Trump/the Middle East knows it exists—and if they ignored it it's on them.
PS2/ I'd ask @Will_Bunch to read and review PROOF OF CONSPIRACY if he has the level of interest in this subject that he describes (which, to be clear, I don't doubt that he does). I said in September 2019 that PROOF OF CONSPIRACY would remain fresh for a *long* time, and it has.
