Little more clarity. They appear to be Syrian owned, Russian built aircraft brought in to Egypt. Most likely be based or staged inside Egypt like Uthman near Siwa. Are they just being stored out of reach of Israeli jets? Lots of speculation. almasdarnews.com/article/russia…

This is a pro-Turkey propaganda site that forgets that Haftar doesn't have 15 X $15M to spend nor does he have anyone that can operate a Pantsir. What is needed is the financial trail that these weapons create and how much of a business the LNA is running.

There are supposedly a dozen or so Russian technicians working for Haftar. The problem is the LNA kept crashing aircraft faster than they can fix them. With these beaters, Assad might get a free Jiffy Lube and hand wash for killing Libyans and some Saudi walking around money.
