I know, of course, that this is part of a game of politicising, and I am not on the left. Nevertheless might I propose to @HenrySmithUK that the implications of this tweet are not thought through and it should be deleted? I have been working remotely for weeks now /1
I also have been taking over child care for obvious reasons. My private life is gone. There has not been a day I have not worked until 1 a.m. To read a tweet insinuating that remote work is not work makes me angry. /2
So quite frankly @HenrySmithUK : if you used this time to NOT work - that reflects on your work ethics. But if you think others did not work you are sadly mistaken.
And this is not political: I know plenty of Conservative MPs who worked very hard remotely. And Labour MPs and MPs of other parties. This is just and only about @HenrySmithUK - and I secretly suspect even he worked hard. This is just a game tweet. For me, it is not. Delete it
