avoid reclassification. Officials in Nova Scotia, struggled to define the boundaries between the Mi'kmaq and the Acadian communities for the next eleven years.
some Europeans had married Mi'kmaq women.
Most parish registers are not available for these communities for most of the seventeenth century.Registers kept by missionaries living among the Mi'kmaq such as those of the Abbes Gaulin, Courtin, Maillard, and Le Loutre have not
survived. The parish registers that do exist, do not record Mi'kmaq-Acadian marriages. #Metis#SangMele

Ahh @CBCNews is at it again, all Indigenous organizations are self identified and you know that very well, including your beloved @MBMetis_MMF
Also, NunatuKavut, previously known as the Labrador Metis Nation, has been recognized by the Supreme Court of Canada. So not sure how you now call it an unrecognized Indigenous Organization.
@CBCNews Nice to see you fixed your twitter icon now and it isn't the tiny little dot that no one could see to share and comment on this story , 🥰
I know you love to be disingenuous, which is why I am going to address every lie you told, point by point, bare with me, it will take awhile .. for starters, you only tell your viewers about one organization who has federal recognition. That one is MNC/MMF MNC was first
OMG the hypocrisy of the Manitoba Metis Federation !!
I am going to categorically show you how MMF is playing on words and distortions, just like their idol Darryl Leroux, none of them would speak truth .. ever !! This is the highest form of hypocrisy I have ever seen !!
I gotta ask, where is all this concern for children's rights, when @CanLII published my then 12 yr old sons name and medical history, for Darryl "dick head" Leroux, to share on all social media sites, doxxing my son, getting his followers to reshare his twisted +distorted facts?
@CanLII told me too bad, even though it went against their own privacy laws. Told me to get a lawyer, when they knew damn well I couldn't afford one. The lawyer for the case was pro bono.
What I find interesting about this whole thing @JustinTrudeau is it has found to be unconstitutional so what do you think a challenge would be by someone who is Metis and not in one of the recognized groups that you pour money into. Harry Daniels is who put Metis peoples
into the constitution and he used a very different definition than you are helping colleges and universities to bypass by only recognizing MNC/MMF Metis definitions. Historically all Metis had the same definitions but Academics and your gov is helping to erase and censure who is
