I think @RobertJenrick needs to publish all correspondence between himself & the developer Northern & Shell and that it should be investigated by the appropriate authorities given the amount of money at stake
Why did he make the decision when he did against inspectors advice?

His decision was the clincher for me quitting the @conservatives in February. It was so obvious that there was something wrong with his decision & the timing of it (the CIL issue was mentioned in correspondence as a problem)
Was he doing a favour for the developer?

or trying to prove he could deliver lots of new homes before a Cabinet reshuffe?
But he has left us with substantial costs from last years enquiry which we won
5 options now exist for this important site on the Isle of Dogs

1. They build 2016 planning application for 722 homes
2. They submit a brand new planning application
3. They redo last years examination and have a different minister make a decision, ground hog day
4. Sell the site
5. Wait to see what happens with COVID, could wait yrs

@TowerHamletsNow should now get on and build new secondary school on the site, we cannot wait much longer
& never again not make a decision on a planning application & allow outsiders to be brought into the make the decision, happened twice on this site in 2016 & 2018
