William Sadleir, the former CEO & Chairman of movie production company Aviron Pictures LLC, was arrested for embezzling approx $14 million of investor money from the company to pay for a Beverly Hills mansion and other things.

Here is says that the investor who Sadleir defrauded was Blackrock. Specifically, the BlackRock Multi-Sector Income Trust Fund.

Looks like Sadleir also bought a $127K Tesla and remodeled Aviron's offices with the money he embezzled.
Oh geez, Sadleir was also just charged with defrauding the PPP #SMB coronavirus relief fund! He got over $1.7 Million in PPP loans and used most of that money to pay off his personal credit cards, another $40K car loan, and other personal purchases.

Flynn Judge Emmet Sullivan has hired Attorney Beth Wilkinson to argue his case for not dismissing the Flynn case.

And what an interesting bunch of people she has represented.
She represented Justice Kavanaugh during his SCOTUS nomination.
She was also hired by fake Trump accuser Summer Zervos. She’s the one that was on The Apprentice, got booted off real quick, then tried everything to meet up with him, including sending emails to him praising him. Her own cousins said she was trying to get back on reality tv.

Correct. McCabe opened a criminal investigation into Sessions about him speaking with Kislyak because of a letter that Franken and Leahy sent to FBI not even 2 months after Sessions was confirmed. This was after his confirmation hearing where Dems asked him about Russians.
Then shortly after, Soros-funded Democracy21 filed a complaint against Sessions with the DOJ.

Then the House Dems called for an investigation into Sessions.

So, the Dems planned this all out.
So, the point was, if Sessions was to follow the law/rules, he had to recuse since he couldn’t be in charge of an investigation into himself.

However it was still a baseless investigation, as we now know.
