Georgia allowed tattoo parlors and restaurants to reopen, so I went to a restaurant to see how that worked. People aren’t actually dining so much as using them as bars. 
Bars are still officially closed, but I'm not sure what the difference is between a "bar" and a "restaurant", as both serve food to tables, and restaurants often have a long counter with beer on tap and shelfs of liquor behind.
Those three in the picture started out socially distanced along the bar, but as they got to talking, congregated together. I don't think it's alcohol that drives people out to bars so much as interesting human interaction.
