Shapps leaning heavily on idea that the 12th April castle visit wasn’t in 14 day isolation period, starting 27th - but Number 10 said he didnt have it when he went up, which was presumably why it was ok to drive up in first place... 
In any event - we weren’t supposed to be driving for our once a day exercise walks etc then - that was the peak of the epidemic...
Unless, it turns out, it would have been fine for anyone in London to drive with family on the M4 to go for a walk around Windsor castle on Easter Sunday at the peak of the epidemic...
