instinct to go to Durham to take advantage of sister childcare option & ability to self isolate somewhere elsewhere seems understandable.
But it wasn’t common understanding of “Stay Home” message indicated by Govt adverts/ police, so many others didn’t think it was an option...

... key thing is that under future track and trace if they have symptoms, people will argue, if they can justify exceptional circumstances, that they should be able to relocate family elsewhere for 14 day self isolation...
