Once more, this griftclown is straw-manning. The argument is NOT that Twitter's liability protection should be abolished, but that Twitter should have to stop their political discrimination and selective TOS enforcement in order to keep it.
And the counter-argument -- "Twitter would become a sewer! Nobody wants that!" -- is crap.

1) Twitter is already a sewer.

2) The only time I've ever seen content I didn't choose to accept in my feed (via who I follow or search) is when TWITTER ITSELF pushes it into my feed.
The ONLY thing needed to keep user from seeing unwanted, unsolicited content is robust tools empowering the user to choose what THEY filter out and what their defaults are.
