Many asked me what can they do. Before I put my ’unpopular’ thoughts, I would welcome all of you to share your thoughts and tell others what have you done till date to stop this.

Some pastors have tweeted with glee about converts reaching 60 million, declaring a target of 100 million, and have also requested for financial support for this openly.

Some evangelical groups have claimed that 9-12% of undivided AP has been converted

The new phenomenon over the last 5 years has been the huge increase in evangelical conversions in Tamil Nadu

The North East has been converted with Arunachal & Tripura being now targeted. Tribal belts across Odisha, Jharkhand, Gujarat and MP have seen large-scale conversions

There is a very sophisticated operation in place by the evangelical groups, with a clear target for souls, marketing campaigns, mass prayer and fraudulent healing meetings. Evidence is available in plenty of videos on YouTube, social media, press reports, and on the ground.

One can almost classify these groups as hyper-growth startups – with a cost per acquisition, a roadmap for acquiring followers, a fund-raising machine, and a gamified approach (with rewards and incentives) to “conquering” new markets.

Our laws prohibit conversion due to inducement, allurement, undue influence, coercion, or use of supernatural threats.

They go to the desperate, & prey on their insecurities by offering education for their children, medical services for the sick, and abuse existing religions

Can you go to Saudi or Vatican and pass the law that says only Hindus can run the schools?

I can go on about this, but I did say we will discuss ways to reverse the tide.

This needs an immense amount of political will, full support of law & order, a broad media awareness campaign, freeing of temples, removal of all biased laws with massive funding to back it!

I can't imagine even after 1275 years of any stop invasions, plunders, horrific killings, r@pes and destruction of 45-65K temples ending with the division of the nation once again 75 years on religious grounds our so-called leaders believe that ground reality is so rosy?
