2018 Revenue = $110K & paid $9464 in bonds. You went into 2019 with over 150K. So why are your raising so much and spending so little? How about 2019? Is the problem that people are not requesting bond? Shouldn't you be proactively seeking people in need?
I also noticed that all six current board members appear to be white. Is it appropriate in a state where the Black:white incarceration ratio is 11:1 that there are no Black board members other than emerita?
