This is incorrect, @benjaminwittes. The Mueller Report makes clear that the Office of the Special Counsel passed all relevant counterintelligence data to the USIC—and there has been no resolution regarding those transmissions or any further investigation or reports they provoked.
PS/ The very fact that Mueller's report had to make clear that certain information fell outside its scope and needed to be resolved by the intelligence community confirms—within the text of the report—that Mueller had no intention of the report closing those other investigations.
PS2/ More importantly, there has been major-media reporting since the delivery of the Mueller Report to Barr of attempts by Congress to get briefed on the ongoing counterintelligence investigations that weren't closed post-Report, and Schiff has been unable to get full briefings.
PS3/ This is why it was a terrifying development when now–Trump 2020 campaign official Richard Grenell was placed in charge of ODNI on an acting basis. The fear among many was an immediate degrading of any ongoing counterintelligence investigations involving Trump or his circle.
PS4/ All that aside, major-media reporting compiled in Proof of Corruption confirms that there's an ongoing counterintelligence investigation into Trump agents Giuliani, Parnas, and Fruman—so there's *no question* there are ongoing USIC investigations in which Trump is a witness.
