From tomorrow sex between two (or more) people in a private place who do not live in the same household is a "gathering" between 2 or more people and is therefore illegal.

- to private care or assistance to a vulnerable person
- to provide emergency assistance

And the strange things about these regulations is the list of reasonable excuses has become exhaustive, which means unless it's on the list it can't be a reasonable excuse.

Possible get out through Reg 6 which is about when you can stay over somewhere - I suppose if you have reasonable excuse for doing that reg 6 has a *non-exhaustive* list) you are temporarily part of same household so can gather to your heart's content
Weirdly, it's a reasonable excuse to sleep somewhere else if place you are living is not available (for any reason) but difficult to see how this would apply to someone who has a place to live but has decided to move in with a partner - unless it comes under an unlisted excuse
I should point out that the government guidance is very clear that people should only engage in social activities which allow for social distancing. I am only talking about the law here, which has never mentioned social distancing (the English regulations anyway)
