Pretty much everyone agrees that most cops are honorable. The question is, @SenToomey, what are you going to do about the corrupt police culture that consistently lets bad cops commit murder and assault?

It is clear that however many good cops there are on the beat, they are too powerless, or too scared to prevent their colleagues from breaking the law, @SenToomey.
