I still expect Lindsey Graham to win this. His approval rating just isn't low enough that he could underperform Trump by the amount needed.

But Jaime Harrison has run an astonishingly good campaign. Like, way better than I could have imagined.
Harrison reminds me in some ways of Beto.

He's an underdog candidate in a red state against an incumbent whose national infamy is drawing huge money into the race, but he also understands the political lay of his state well and is trying to build a local movement.
And that could matter. Beto didn't win his race but the attention and excitement he generated gave TX Dems a coattail effect, flipped dozens of local races, and left the state party with a stronger infrastructure.

Harrison could do the same in SC even if he doesn't beat Graham.
