1/ It begins:

A guy who went *full* Trump for lobbying business purposes -- and I mean, slavishly, insanely so -- is in Phase III of Good German syndrome.

Phase I - "Hey man, things have been crazy! How are you?"

Phase II - "Yeah, you know I had a mortgage and the company..."

2/ Phase III - "You know I never liked Trump. I was a Jeb guy! We just had so much business that needed the WH. But you and I are friends, man. We need to keep in touch. Do you know any Biden people? I want to have our clients give."

Me: "That's nice."

3/Phase IV will be when their firm leaks a client memo outlining how they were a firm that led their clients away from the damage of Trump.

Lobbyists smell danger like herd animals on the African plain., and they're scared now, their nostrils wide to the scent of predators.

4/ The panic cascade won't change the campaign much, but these folks will hold out comms and messages like this when Trump crashes out as evidence of their "Good Guy In A Tough Spot" storyline.

And right on cue while I'm writing this thread he texts: "Don't out me!!!" DEAD. lol.

5/ Now he's going to spend the entire day wondering who else in his firm is doing the same thing.

Don't worry, bro. When the Truth and Reconciliation Commission comes, your client's multimillion $ donations to him won't be forgotten lol.

6/ A lot of you will say, "Out him!" but I'm into a kind of deliciously tantric state of karma delivery.

Their agony and fear gives me more satisfaction than the momentary pleasure of outing them now.

Something is in the wind, and the money people are in rising panic.
