The three men charged with right-wing terrorist activity alleges that all 3 had military experience, self-identified as part of the "Boogaloo" movement and met at a "ReOpen Nevada" rally in Las Vegas earlier in April 
The lawsuit alleges the three men planned to assault an unoccupied US. Forest Service Ranger Station & planned to destroy sub-stations/power plants near the AZ/NV border.
At least 1 of the men indicted attended another "Reopen Nevada" protest in mid-May & planned to use smoke canisters/fireworks to cause confusion causing some sort of scene between protesters & police. But plan was dropped as they were open carrying & were being watched by police
In late May, the 3 indicted men had more solid plans on targeting an NV Energy substation using a "firebomb" caused by fireworks, accelerant & gasoline, while running a "distraction" off-site to distract police
Per complaint: " They wanted to use the momentum of the George Floyd death in police custody in the City of Minneapolis to hopefully stir enough confusion and excitement, that others see the two explosions and police presence and begin to riot in the streets out of anger."
The three men indicted on terrorism charges attended the May 29 Black Lives Matter protest in Las Vegas, and per complaint yelled at police & protesters attempting (& failing) to cause confrontations/violence. They also brought Molotov cocktail materials & rifles
The 3 indicted men also planned to attend the May 30th protest in Las Vegas, with plans to throw back tear gas at police & throw Molotov cocktails at them. Picture included in complaint:
All three men are currently being held in Clark County Detention Center and have a preliminary hearing set for 6/17. Each had bail set at $1 million for terrorism charges
