Some learnings that are applicable to every single ambitious person out there👇

#1 Move the needle: Do something "needle moving" everyday. Relook at your task list everyday, every week and measure if you've only been occupied with 'base tasks or have done something needle moving

#2 Note taking: Create a personal learning dashboard filled with notes. Take notes during every conversation, every book you read, every video you watch. Single greatest personal hack.

#3 Learning: ROI on 1 day of learning a week might be the highest growth lever for you and your startup. Find all channels for learning: books, videos, podcasts, even movies — and dedicate time to it. Not 1 hour. 1 day/week.

#4 Mentors: Find 3-4 mentors who can help you learn and grow. Be shameless and keep following up till they say yes. It took Gaurav 3 years to convince @bhavintu :)

#5 Deals: Make deals happen. Don't optimise for $$. Ask yourself, "Will you be playing a bigger game if the deal happens?"

#6 Play the Game: Building a startup is a *multi-innings* game. Play like you want to be the best player! Again, remember, multi-innings. Don't optimise only for the short term.

And my personal favourite: Remember, that you have the privilege, the capital to build something new – Something that won't exist if you don't build it. If you don't deliver, something beautiful won't exist. Something iconic. Remember, building anything iconic takes obsession. 🙏
