6/ Much of this is because data teams (aka "humans of data") are inherently diverse - engineer to deal with data scale, business user for problem context, analyst for data context and so on + they all have their own DNA/ tools/ skillsets leading to "collaboration overhead"
7/ Scale of the Problem: $114Bn annual on Big Data Solutions every year by enterprises, but only 27% of projects are actually successful.
8/ @Atlan was born out of our learnings as a data team ourselves at @Social_Cops and witnessing the chaos first hand. We started building small tools for ourselves to help our own team function better. Small steps amounted to big wins
8/ Turbocharged by our tools, within 2 years - our team was achieving 2X the quality, in 1/2 the time and with 1/3rd the resources in projects. The added agility allowed us to achieve so many dreams — like building India's National Data Platform! 🚀
9/ As data teams become more mainstream in organisations, we realised that the tools we built for ourselves could help teams around the world. Today, at @AtlanHQ we’re excited to be working closely with amazing data teams across industries.... BFSI, CPG, Auto, Logistics and more!
