The PestFix Contract for PPE is a puzzling award. Not sure if their expertise in PPE.

In fact it looks as if there has been a very recent shifting around of control in the England family who have started a series of companies in April and May this year between them, in addition to a couple of existing v. small operations, and 1 bigger more successful company
