The video of white police officers pushig an old white man to the ground and then almost all police officers moving on as if it’s nothing, shows you that to its core the issue with police is in who gets hired and how they are trained. There is also lack of accountability.
So the more interaction there is with police, the more of a chance there is for a brutal outcome. Mariganlly but still more of a chance. This sure is so in places where there is an expectation of less accountability such as among minorities.
If you want change, focus on PD hiring (not to hire crazies and losers); training and accountability. But if you want to be protesting about the same issue in 2030 as you did in 2020, then focus only on race. It would not have stop Officer Torgalski from pushing the old man.
