This thread from a verified ER doctor has thousands of retweets, but almost every claim in it is completely made up.
This guy wants you to believe that re-opening with huge restrictions and social distancing are responsible for massive spikes, but protests with thousands of people packed into small areas won't cause any. It's pure nonsense, but it's what his preferred narrative requires.
He claims that we are seeing spikes in a bunch of states that are re-opening, but data doesn't really support that.

An ABC analysis from last week showed "no major increase in hospitalizations, deaths or % of people testing positive" in any of them.

He then uses the justification that the protests are addressing a different public health crisis, but doesn't explain why underlying cause would matter in terms of COVID-19 spread.

As a side note, study he cites had a 90% uncertainty interval and showed 0.4/1000 for white men.
Lastly, he tries to point to other events that weren't anywhere near the size or scope of the current protests as problematic. Basically, the guy's whole thread is saying things he likes are ok and things he disagrees with are the problem, regardless of any data or logic.
