The only staff members to wear masks - including when siting cannula and other up-close-and-personal care - were the phlebotomist and Boots pharmacists.

Masking patients but not staff in treatment suite might reassure patients who don't understand what masks do. It horrified [] who does! Disrespectful to patients +++.
