We are a museum literally focused on genitals & we are trans inclusive.
What's important is the DISTINCTION between sex & gender.
Sex = biology, genitals, chromosomes, hormones, etc
Gender = sociocultural aspects and identity
1/
Sex discrimination: e.g. reproductive coercion. This can happen to anyone who has a uterus, no matter their gender expression or identity
2/
3/
E.g. the pay gap. This is a combination of many factors including taking time out to give birth (sex), women being passed over for promotion because of perceived incompetence (gender)

6/
Cervical screens are unpleasant already - speculums are uncomfortable & poorly designed, the whole process not designed with vulvas in mind
